Request for translation administrator

Hello, I would like translation administrator as I would like to clear up the backlog at Category:Templates to be internationalised by using a combination of Autotranslate and the Translate extension (per Template:TemplateBox/doc) and it would be a hassle to involve a translation administrator every time. I have read the MediaWiki documentation and examples such as mw:Help:Extension:Translate/Page translation example.
