If your desired product is e-contect and you’re accessing it from home, you might never even step foot in a library and certainly wouldn’t talk to a staff person if you did. And that should be part of what we can do for people too. I think the conversations can be two separate ones: How awesome are the in-person interactions we can offer that Amazon can’t? and How can we best serve the e-reader owner who isn’t looking for an in-person interaction at all?
