From a Former Librarian! I think that the phrase “Friends of Our Library” should undoubtedly be used. Forget “The” Library!! What about “Our Library”?!! That’s what it is. The Library is Personal—so Personalize it!! Also, you get an added Bonus. The new acronym is FOOL. In Fundraising, you can give a Donor a sticker that says, I am a FOOL (Friend of Our Library!!) Who doesn’t want to be FOOL?!? Larry Good
