We can get people feedback and ideas on improving library services via technology and the blog itself can be used to improve library services. It works both ways. But I think blogs is a good way to start before making any major technological advances and decision in libraries. It will be safer and wiser to get customer interaction and feedback and use that as a sort of guide before we go “techy”. After all it is not about us it is about satisfying our patrons needs. And we find out there need through blogs and other online services.
