I understand lifting up people–youth and the poor–but all people need to be responsible for their items. There are always exceptions–illness and death in family or a catastrophic change in their family situation; in real life we have to accept responsibility.

They feel it is the worst kind of pr. Without that stick, materials would not be returned. Let’s see what happens when those happy patrons have to paid for the collection agency fee after they return the items.
