Thank you for sharing. I was already familiar with the success at the Columbus Metropolitan Library. I had talked to someone on their staff years ago to get ideas for our library, which happens to be smaller. I stumbled onto your article and was glad to read about a library having this success also. Our turnaround time is good, but there are times when big weeding projects or bi-annual big orders from specific vendors go in. This is an area where we can make improvement. I hope to be in touch in the future to see when it might be possible for a visit and an opportunity to share more and see the process in action.
